Our School has taken ingenious way to handle physical, mental and spiritual balance of the students through the power of Yoga & Meditation. Yoga is a bridge between body, mind and spirit. The practice of Yoga & Meditation enhance students’ mind-body awareness, self-regulation, and physical fitness which may, in turn, promote improved behaviour, mental state, health, and performance. Yoga classes are the part of our time table. Yoga is taught to the students of 1st to 7th, Meditation is taught to the students of 8th to 10th.
