It was a memorable evening hosted and organized by the class IX standard to bid a farewell to the outgoing X standard on 19/2/19 the campus was filled with great enthusiasm.
The program started with Sawaswati pooja and followed by prayer song by the IX Std. X std shared their odyssey. Principal M/s Sheetal Tiwari persuade with pearl of wisdom and wishes Mabubay for their future. Arduous games were conducted for the students.
On 2nd October 2018 Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Badhur Shastri was celebrated with great enthusiasm. The program started with prayer song by Mrs Deepa Angadi. ‘Sarva Dharma Sabha’ was conducted by the students to moralize equality. Students from different classes advocated speech and highlighted the life, achievement and sacrifice of the great souls. ‘Swachhta Hi Seva Hai and invincible vision of Mahatma Gandhi pledged to create a clean, healthy and strong India. Students cleaned the school Campus A replica of Dandi March in the form of tablo was created in an organized rally.
"Learning and innovation go hand in hand" So Fancy dress competition was conducted for the children of Play Home and Pre- Primary. It was most awaited event, as it is always a pleasure to watch the toddlers dressed up as a great leaders and stuttering away in their speech.
The competition proved to be great learning experience for the student and gave them a platform to explore their hidden talent. Three winners from each class were awarded.
"Kalamayura" Inter School Dance & Drawing competition was organized on 13 August 2018.The children in their high spirits of patriotism swayed to the best of patriotic music. The vivacious dance enthralled the audience with their energetic performance. It was a day where we saw the creativity exploding in every piece of art. The theme "patriotic" has significance as everyone has different way of thinking & as a unique creativity. Promoting the awareness about Unity and Diversity & world peace through the art was the motto of this competition.
Our school joined hands to rebuild Kodagu by helping Sai Shankar Trust at Pomampet in Kodagu, who are providing free education to more than 200 students who have lost everything in the floods. Our school student Books, School Stationary, utensils, plastic containers, mats, Bed sheets toiletries, set of plates, spoons and bowls. We salute the people of Kodagu for the remarkable resilience shown in rebuilding their heavenly paradise Kodagu.
Scout & Guides activities for the year of 2018-19 was inaugurated on 14 August 2018 in the presence of Chief Guest M R Nekar Scout Master Hubballi. The motto of the program was to help the scout and guides to learn how to carry out their commitment in their day today's life. Skits were performed by the student to carry awareness on child marriage, illiteracy and using good toilet habits.
